The module of our office softwarepack, called AutoArchiver takes care of the secure saving of your data. It works in the background automatically, so you don't have to waste your time on it, besides that, you will not forget about saving either. Data can be restored any time. It can help with the loss of data caused by software, hardware or human error. AutoArchiver can backup any kindof file and can compress them in the background. The archiver system is running with network and desktop environment, too.

Installation
After the trial period you have to register the software. The registration is very simple. The program fee is only $28 and you may use the software home too.

Detailed description
See the program screenshot. The program's texture can be easily changed with the help of the list that pops up when you have clicked the button [Texture]
The program consist of 2 modules. With the aid of the one module you can set the subject, time and mode of archive. This is the so-called "Configuration Panel". It's main-screen is shows in the next figure. The second module, which does the actual data-saving, remains in the background. The turning letter 'A' indicates only that it is working.
Documents assigned to archive are enumerated in the list left side of the screen. Buttons on the right side serve for background; and surveying the condition of archives. Manual Starting of archive and exit happens from the bottom line of the window. Registered user and numbers of his bought licenses can be seen in the middle of the lower part of the window. In order to reach other functions of the program, use the blurb of upper line!
The second window (filling of the list) makes the selection of documents to archive possible. In the third window (Settings) can be set when, where, and how to archive.This window is showen in the next figure.
Setting of the two archives are on the left side of the window.
On the right side of the window, further parameters th program, can be set. The most important among them is the backuping in case of shutting Windows down. If it is on, our data will be saved in to the primary archive accoeding to the last state. Due to this fact we may rest assured about them. Out of the buttons being in the lower section of the window [Restore] is the most important, since damaged or destroyed data can be restored by it.

We hope,it has never happened to you, that your data got lost, altough in this respect experiences do not look promising.If analogous case befell you as well - likewise all of us experience everyday promlems, for instans a document of great importance is deleted by accident or whinchester is simply damaged - you would surely realize the use of a system of this sort. In addition, usage of AutoArchiver is a time-saving process, since parameters have to be set only once. From that time on this program does savings automatically, thus we do not have to waste time on this henceforth.
If you are one of the few lucky people, who have never met such troubles before, you might use it in order to avoid that kind of problems in the future Please think over how annoying it is -to say nothing of the concomitant work - when we stand in urgent need of our partner-register, but it has got damaged, or a partner refers to an earlier letter which is lost.
